Hello friends today I will share my experience for Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire.
I bought newly launched Swift desire in March 2017 for gifting it to my sister in her marriage, which was to be held in the last week of me.
They promised to deliver it by the first week of May and hence when I reached there for taking the car delivery of Swift, they simply told me that they will call me when the car will be ready for condition of delivery.
Then after waiting for a long time, I called them and asked about delivering the car to me but the service authorisation and operators kept lying me For next 10 days. However when I called you didn’t give me a satisfactory answer and therefore when the date for my sisters marriage came I was forced to go to the showroom which was approximately 50 km away from my house.
They told me the same thing which you told me earlier, the service provider of Maruti Suzuki in Karnal are really very dishonest with their services, they kept arguing with me and told me that the car will take time.
After meeting the manager Mr Manoj, I even asked them to initiate refund for my booking as they told me to deliver deliver the car within 2 to 3 days of cars arrival from Manesar Gurgaon. The did informed me about the delivery of car from Mani sir told that I will receive it on the same day.
Then as I was busy in wedding preparations I was not able to compensate for all my emotional and financial harassment faced by Maruti Suzuki service provider, though after completing all the paperwork‘s and initiating all the payments I received the car in the month of July which was completely disappointing to me and hence the service I have ever seen of Maruti Suzuki was really very poor.
If you are looking to buy this car for rough and tough purpose, kindly don’t opt for buying it, As the car is really not strong to bear accidental incidents.
Bumper of the car are made of plastic and out at all reliable, and as a reference to their service and auto mobiles provider, I personally don’t think that the company will fulfil your satisfaction.
