The Maruti Suzuki Ritz ZXi has been my companion since it was launched in late 2009. The People's choice car of the year in 2010 is my most favourite car among the small car segment due to a various reasons. During these 7 years by my side it has never let me down. When I drive today, I still have the same feeling that I had when I first drove it.
The 5 seater car is very spacious inside. Both the front seat can be adjusted back and forth while also having the option to adjust the lean on the seats. In case if we are to shift or transport a lot of things the back seats can be folded to get additional room. The dash board is also very spacious that we have a touch screen that acts a multi media player and also as a reverse sensor system's camera. It also comes with mobile charging point. And for people on a long ride who would want a bit of entertainment, there is enough space for a small screen.
Like all other maruti cars we also have complete dealer satisfaction. They have never brought any sort of lag in their work.
sometimes they would tell us the problems our vehicle had that we didn't notice. Also they regularly update and remind us of the next service date by either sms or phone us directly. For that I am very happy with INDUS Motors, Kerala and Maruti SERVICE MASTERS, Okhla.
Fuel consumption has never been a problem with my ritz, but you must take good care in following the instructions we get from our service centres about what fuel and what oil we should use.
Comfort and looks are its biggest plus, if you ask me. Because when first I decided to buy a car back then I had three options Ritz, i10, and Jazz. I took a test drives of each of them but the others were not as good as this was. Also It has got fantastic power which rivals the luxury cars at times
And when it comes to reliability, it has created near to zero problems for me other than this one incident when my battery has some problem and had to change and it had happened some other times as well. But never has any problem directly related to the car has occured.
