I bought Ritz in the year 2012, and I am not satisfied with its performance.
Exterior: The paint film is so thin that it get scratches even by nails. Not only by nails but any pointed object which may not be very effective can give a scratch to the paint. Bumpers are of bad quality, the quality of material should be improved.
Engine Performance: The performance got worse after driving 10000 kilometers. The claims about cooling capacity and engine economy are all false.
Interiors: The fabric and fiber used for interiors are really cheap as compared with other brands.
Final word: The car's performance is good in the test drive, but there after seen drastic fall down in the performance.
