I have purchased and using Ritx ZXI from past 2 years. I feel it is pretty good car to buy.It is Hatch back car so 3 people can sit in back seat so it is 4+1 car. I purchased the Car from Pratham motors I have not faced any issues from the dealer.There service has been good. I had door pickup and drop service facility for 1 year.Curently it is giving me 18 as mileage, which is petrol car, mine is Top end model Ritz ZXI model which comes with Airbags. I travel more on highways so I preferred car with Airbags. It has ABS too. I feel car is pretty comfortable but only suggestion is they had bucket seats then it would have been relatively more comfortable. Reliability is good on this car as it is new car I purchased. Looks wise it has too comments, one being odd looking and another being stylish. It depends on the people whether they like the space or not. I liked it the way it is.My suggestion is go for test drive and decide. My opinion being A GOOD CAR.
