Major Manufacturing defect,SHAME on MARUTI, MUMBAI branch sleeping.


Respected Sir,


Ofcourse I received a call from Automotive today, in response to my mail. But I have declined because the staff there is new (right from Works Manager & Customer Service Manager).They are not having any records of mine which gives an indication of Bye-Bye Customer.


I have filed each & every paper in order.


My all 3 Free Services & Paid Service has been done in Automotive,Nerul.In between the free services I have visited number of times to Automotive,Nerul & proof is the running repairs done there.


Infact I had a snobbish very cold response a few months back concluding that after the warranty is over a Maruti owner should go to a road side mechanic.


During a paid service a customer practically pays only for getting his car washed, because for all other things (parts & labour) he is charged. Thus Rs 450/- for a car wash in Authorised Service centre proves costly.


I would like to hear from Maruti,Bandra- Mumbai, & please take this complaint seriously because the attitude of Maruti Mumbai has always been very slow towards customers, infact it takes days for them to respond.


They are very slow.


Who can bell the cat from Head-Office to Mumbai Branch because they have never woken up to the competitive world.


May I know atleast from your medium that who is the Regional Service Manager in Mumbai because I have always had a very bad expereince before. So I have decided to atleast know by e-mail from Head Office. The usual cold response has been that he is in a meeting or he is out of town.


The Regional Service Manager in Mumbai will perhaps wakeup when I slap a notice through Court.


Actually this is perhaps the last attempt of mine of communicating with you.


My cause of sleepless nights will be well explained in court.


Sir, there is a very,very seroious manufacturing defect in OMNI-Bharat-II. I do not want to discuss out openly as my vehicle too stands at risk then. Does Maruti know that their OMNI-Bharat-II Petrol tank locks can be opened by any 2-wheeler key thus all the 2 wheeler owners need not fill petrol from a petrol station but from a OMNI. Thus petrol is never safe in OMNI & can be easily robbed by young guys. For this, I myself had to bear a lot of tension & losses & came out with a unique solution to save my petrol from being robbed. Improper & helpless solutions were given by Bandra Service Engineer.


Ofcourse I am not going to disclose this solution,But if Maruti is interested,than I can explain it well after being called at INDIA Head Office. Perhaps Maruti may not be aware of such a problem & we Engineers in BARC found out the problem & a good cheap solution.


Wake up Mumbai Branch.


Infact the Supreme court order helping a Haryana owner against Maruti has given we Maruti owners hope.
