Firstly, they show heaven on earth when they convince you to join and when you actually want to take money, thats when whole of the management does a U turn on you. Firstly you need to get the surety from 4-5 people for amount as small as 2 laks. That too from only govt employees and they don't care surety of IT employees even though they earn more than 2 lakhs per month and they want the people working in the same company for more than four years[Nobody knows the logic behind it]. So its actually like running around for people to endorse you for taking your own money and you will have to beg them as if they are giving you money out of charity to you.
I still don't understand why this company is still flourishing with such a bad attitude and no care for the customer. Instead of investing in Margadarsi, you can simply go for a personal loan without wasting a single day running around for people and sureties.
