Humiliated by Teacher

I have just removed my son as well from MKNS. Humiliated and embarrassed by a teacher in front of class. What example is this setting for the other children, that bullying is OK? He had already had issue whereby a boy pulled my son's pants down in class and threatened to do it again while in bus line. My son not doing well in school, teacher told everyone his poor test scores.I guess to embarrass him into doing better? Then, told all the students he did not take baths(he had some dirt behind his ear). For one, why is a Hindi teacher touching my son's ears? If there was an issue, then call me or send me a note of take my son to the side and speak to him-do not make him show everyone in class and have them say'yuck, nasty. I do not want to touch you'. My son has enough emotional issues and does not need more of this crap from his teachers. Other issues as well, they do not care. Have too many students per class -if your child can not keep up, then too bad. No communication. I would ask for teacher to call, never did after many requests.

Only when I complained about the humiliation, then the teachers said my son is a problem and parents were complaining. If that was the case, then why did they not call me, write me or anything if my child was that bad? Why did they not have him see the counselor? Then complained about his poor scores. I had been to 2 PTM's and was told that I needed to work more with my son. He was in school 7 hours a day, working with me an hour and an hour of tuitions. Only after getting in front of the principal was it mentioned that the teachers work on Saturdays to help children who are behind. Why was this never mentioned before? Fewer children for the teacher to help on Saturdays so less work for her.?
