I initially thought that the movie manmadhan would be full of dialogues and kavidhaigal in T.Rajendran’s style since it is his son Simbhu’s story. And all my friends refused to accompany me to watch this movie. One day we landed the theater thinking other movie is shown but only after reaching there we realized it was manmadhan, we didn’t want to return empty so thought of giving a try.

Believe me, the movie is good and not as we thought. The baseline of the story reminds you of Kamal’s ‘Sivappu Rojakkal’. Simbhu has done a good job and Mythili (Jyothika) looks lot different without makeup. ManMadhan (Simbhu) finds the girls who betrays a boy in the name of love and makes her fall in his trap and murders her. He cements that murder well planned that Police has no clue of what happened to those girls and who does it.

Mean while Mythili falls in love with Madhan Raj (Manmadhan’s Brother), an innocent music college student, and he tries to avoid her and her love with no valid reason given at beginning. One night she finds Madhan with other girl, and that girl is alleged missing next day morning. So she reports on the same to the police thinking that the Madhan is the same kidnapper and slayer Manmadhan. Then on police interrogation Madhan reveals the truth about his brother.

Here comes the flash back and the reason why he annihilate all the girls, so the court releases Madhan Raj as guiltless. When Mythili implore him to accept her, he denies. Here comes the real twist,

Those who really wants to enjoy the thrill in the theater pls do not read further

(sorry for revealing the real thrill) actually this college student Madhan Raj only abduct all girls for the revenge of his twin (Madhan kumar), who takes life of his betrayal lover and himself. Madhan Raj hides his brother’s death from the world and continues his work of abducting bad girls in the name of Manmadhan. Police in the routine manner finds nothing and continues to search the dead Madhan Kumar alias Manmadhan.
