As soon as we entered the Mandovi show-room in Cox town with my family, its nobody there to receive and ask us with a smile....when I

smiled and asked, someone finally in to help us.....

I booked for MARUTI SWIFT VXI during August...my god...they literally checked my patience in responding to my calls...The sales executive literally showed me the hell. When I call, he says he would call me back in 5 mins and cuts down the phone without listening further and no call back even after days and sometimes he even cut the call without responding....

I went to the show-room and asked the manament why its happening like that....They said they will take care...

The saga continues...

Finally I got my car after 2 months...with several request mails sent to the management and Maruti manufacturing contacts....its four days now and I am yet to get my number plate fixed and I did not get the steering cover as requested earlier...So I called him up...as usually he said he would call me back in 5 to 10 mins. I immediately asked "are you sure", he said ’yes’. I waited, waited....no response back even after an hour....I called him again and he has cut the call. I called the accessories manger and asked him for number plate and steering cover, he said I need to contact the sales executive and he will ask him to call me back.

The sales person called me and asking ’sir, why are you informing everyone at Mandovi that I am not responding your calls’...I am shocked to hear the way he is talking....I retarded back saying "boss, asusually you did not respond as you said, so I called your boss and asked him for help’...
He finally said he will come to my office this morning and fix it here itself...Its now afternoon and no response back asusually.....

This is my first car and want to be very happy with my purchase...but I felt like the dealers response was like I was buying a pencil...
Infact I still did not receive all the bills...

I sincerely suggest NOT TO BUY FROM MANDOVI MOTORS in Wheeler’s road, Cox Town...the only reason I went to this guy is its little close by my house....but other dealers like Sagar/Bimal provide very good service including free home visits if needed...
