I bought Suzuki Zeus on 30th March 2007 from Automatic Auto & IT Services,kothrud, Pune. But till today my bike has not received the Registration No. I have given every necessary document for registrationt,but the
dealer guys are delaying the Registration even after receiving Full payment of the Bike 20 days back. Before getting the order and payment they told me that It will take two days for me to finish the formalities. As I am new to Pune and doesn’t have a permanent address proof in Pune I had to give one Affadavit costing around Rs. 350 Rs. But after getting that Affadavit they asked me for a Notorised Rent agreement.   Normally all these formalities are taken care of by the showroom with no

extra cost but these guys asked me thousand bucks extra for getting it done. As I have many contacts with Mediapersons in pune,somehow i managed to get all those so called required documents still the dealer guys are making me run around them for a week to give me the number. I never imagined that it will be such a headache for me to get my bike’s Registration no.    I bought the bike for my convenience but it caused a hell lot of inconvenience to me to get the bike. I am a satisfied customer of BAJAJ bikes,as I have two bikes and one bajaj Scooter at my home. I had no problem in getting these vehicles registered. The dealers did all the things and i got me  the Bike with the permanent number in a day’s time. But looking at Suzuki Zeus’s specifications and Reviews I decided to Buy Zeus and I switched to SUZUKI for the first time. But I am very much dejected by this cheap service from SUZUKI Dealer. I was unable to measure the mileage of the bike for these days. Also there is no Seat Cover or Buzzer available for the bike in the stock of the daeler. Then what kind of service can I expect from SUZUKI in Future?    As a Value for Money Customer,I won’t recommend SUZUKI to anybody in future due to such cheap service. I hope Suzuki will take some significant steps to improve their service so that they will match the standard of BAJAJ or Hero Honda.
