I am writing this review after experiencing caring Customer service from Mandovi Motors JP nagar. I took my car (Swift Diesel) for the first Service on 20-Mar. I contacted a service supervisor at 8-30 am on that day. It just took me 10 min to complete all formalities and I was surprised to get a delivery time of 12-30 pm.

I came back at promptly 12-30 pm and the car was there. I paid up for the oil change and drove my car away. The supervisor offered for a test drive for which I declined by saying I can never make out anything on a test drive I will give the feedback after driving for a day or two. The car ran well after the first service for exactly 1 week.

After a week of the service I experienced a problem with my engine while idling (Excessive vibration). I promptly took my car backt o the workshop and was told that there were similar problems reported and they have a solution. They would have to replace the ECU (Engines electronic brain) and the parts are not available but once they are available they will let me know.

I kept calling abck the supervisor every 3-4 days and after 15 days the ECU did come in. I dropped the car in the morning in JP nagar workshop but was told that the unit that cartures ECUs current status and loads the same on to the new ECU was in Wilson garden office hence a driver has to take it there so the delivery of the car will be in the evening.

Promptly I was called at 5 pm and told that my car was back and was getting a free wash. I was amazed to promptly get a car and also a good car wash till I reached the workshop.

The place is crowded hence you will not find people giving extra attention to you but they solve the problem  very professionally whenever there is one. I would always recommend this workshop for all maruti owners.
