We had our swift serviced at Mandovi motors in Wilson Garden in december with a request for sorting out 3 problem,
rattling from the doors and dashboard
noise from the front of the car when driven over road humps
Clutch slippage
The car was serviced and the issues "sorted". 1 &2 reappeared in a weeks time !, so we took the car again late Jan. Though we insisted for a different service advisor (due to the earlier experience) we were assigned to the same one...part of the re repair we also requested for a paint job on the bonnet.
Mandovi retained the car for 4 days (promised earlier was 2 days because of the PAINT JOB) and to our surprise we saw a shoddy paint job. When asked the representative casually asked for 30 mins to repaint the bonnet !!!! (it was 2 days for the first time!!!). when we questioned on the time and the reason for the shoddy job nobody in Mandovi was ready to listen.
We have now paid for the complete repair including the painting (if you can call it painting), BE AWARE OF the pathetic job / s done by the service center. This service center has absolutely no customer orientation nor commitment (we had esclated to the senior managers) on the work they do.
