Malibu rum is a very bold tasting rum. I’ve never tried it straight out of the bottle, but have always mixed it with juices such as pineapple juice or banana, strawberry, and orange juice. It’s not too strong and adds an extra flavor that makes the juices taste great. The rum doesn’t get you buzzing, but makes you sleepy for some reason. It’s great for when you need to relax. I wouldn’t recommend it for party time because it could turn the life of the party into the bore of the party. I recommend it for times when you’re cuddling on the couch with your honey and just want to have a quiet evening together.
