Ever had a drink you instantly liked?? Kind of love at first sip??? That was Malibu for me! I found the white bottle quite sick-looking though...but nevertheless it gives it a breed-apart kind of look!

The way I love it is...a nice large peg in a glass with 3-4 ice-cubes. I would suggest that you chill the Malibu and add less ice perhaps! NO lemonades or Cokes or any other stuff in it...although some guys do add something or the other...! Take a neat little sip, and let the feeling run over your tongue. Let the rum flow in your mouth to every corner...as one of my friends used to say...’Roll your tongue around it!’. Taste the coconut in it!!! You will love it! I love that smell and taste of coconut that Malibu carries. Then sit back and enjoy tiny tiny sips of this exquisite drink!

There was this time when my wife and I had gone to a hotel and were going thru the menu. I spotted Malibu on the card, and saw that it was priced pretty high! I told my wife I would go for it. She told me to go ahead and order...but then the guilt made me wonder if it was worth it...! My wife kept telling me that it is not often that I drink when I am out with her, and that 1-2 wont hurt. But that still didnt justify the cost! If I start off on Malibu, I enjoy more than just 1-2! Moreover, the cost was unreasonable! However, after a lot of should I-shouldn’t I...I decided to go for it. So, with my chest out (after the resolution I had arrived at!), I summoned the waiter and asked for a malibu...to which he apologetically replied ’Sorry sir...we don’t keep that any more!!!’!!!! Mention Malibu and my wife reminds me...
