Don't go there, they will loot you. Review on Malgudi, Marathahalli, Bangalore

I know people have wriiten some good reviews about them but all of them are in past.  Recently people doesn't seem to have good experience with them. I also went to the Malgudi  Restaurant on Outer Ring Road ahead of Marathahalli towards KR PURAM. I agree parking space is there(as someone has mentioned in past review) but I didn't went there to park my car but to have good found and good times but what I got was too much expensive bad food with poor service. We were two people and we had two mutton kababs, 2 nans, one chilly chicken and one salted lassi. We were served with a bill of Rs 700 plus.

Actually chilly chicken contained only shimla mirch, and when we asked we wanted chilly chicken but we are finding only shimla mirch in this, they took the bowl inside and put some chicken pieces. I had asked for salted lassi but I was given sweet lassi. Menu showed lassi for Rs 30 but bill showed Rs 50. Best part is that I wanted to do bill payment with my credit card but their machine wasn't working. Then I went outside to nearby atm but that wasn't working. Finally I had to take someone from restaurant along with me to nearest atm near Dominos pizza to withdraw money and pay the bills.

I have gone to some good restaurant's on Church Street near Brigade road, Kormanagla etc. Generally they will charge around Rs 250-300 per buffet lunch and even on order bill will be as per your orderings but looking at above Malgudi bill and what we ordered, we felt they looted us.

I shared this experience with one of my colleagues at my work place who stays near to this restaurant and he told me his experience was also very bad with them and why didn't I ask him before going there. I thought of sharing this experience with others so that they can save yourself from being looted.
