These short stories are written by R.K. Narayan who is a veteran writer of short stories for children. He teaches the values of life to the young minds, which is lacking in children now - a - days. These types of stories are needed to be written more and more. In one short story for instance the postman does not deliver the letter for a good cause. In one story it is narrated that how the good words can save the life of a person. The plot must be presented again on television show to inculcate good values among children.
