Last month, I followed my big family to Bangkok with Malaysia Airlines. Since it’s a big group with children, we were worrying about the complicated baggage check-in and baggage claim procedure.
Hence we gave a call to Malaysia Airlines call centre. After getting all the information neede, we were told that we could use web check-in service through Malaysia Airlines’ website. And the person said its very easy to use and it enabled us to first check-in at home for a big group before we reached the airport. Initially, we were afraid if the procedure online was complicated and difficult to use. To my surprise, with just a few simple steps, we’ve completed the online check-in. We could select our seat and easily update Enrich records too. After check-in at home, we brought along the boarding pass and reached KLIA one hour before the departure time to check in our baggage. We then could just enter the boarding gate without wasting time in queues. I found that the web check-in service was really convenient. Not only save us time and also energy to queue up in the counter many hour ealier before our flight departed.
