My experience with
Malaysia Airlines was pretty satisfactory. It truly represents Malaysia’s
culture for me as a foreigner to this country. First of all I saw the uniform
of the cabin
crew and I found that is very outstanding. And actually in most of
my flights to or from Malaysia, the things worry me is I can’t understand their
local English. I used to fly with many Asian airlines and also the budget
airline in Malaysia, some do not make announcement in English at all, and for those
which announce in English, I can’t hear properly what were being announced. And
thus most of the time I get frustrated with it since I don’t know what is
talking about and what should I do after the announcement. But flying with
Malaysia Airlines, I appreciated they do make very clear announcement every
time with fluent English. The same announcement is also repeated in different
languages so I think the communication works well in this airline with all its
passengers. Besides, the in-flight food is dainty and I’m happy that I could
try most Malaysian food on board. As for its in-flight entertainment, I think
the selection of movie is considered abundant compared to other airlines I’ve
flown with before. The flight attendants are very dutiful throughout the
flight. They would keep checking on passengers to make sure we are comfortable
with genuine concern. Overall, this is an ideal airline for both short and long
haul flights. The service is well worth it.
