In Aug 2007 I completed the following flights thanks to enough enrich points.
AKL-SNGviaKUL, SNG-PNGviaKUL, PNG-KUL,KUL-AKL. I vwas really proud to be aboard MAS once again.
The complete
experince from booking the trip to the end of the trip was
superb. I would like to give a big Congratulations to MAS for winning
the worlds best cabin staff award 2007. They truly deserve every single
bit of it. Check in was fine I might add it is wonderful being a silver
Enrich member. I was able to check in through Bussines class even
though I was travelling economy class. I was also able to board with
business class passengers even though flying economy class. From the
moment you board, "Welcome aboard sir" was the greeting.
The wonderful cabin crew also showing you were your seat is truly makes you feel right at home.
The flight was a little delayed due to a group of passengers loosing their pasport. Certianly no fault of the airline.
Excellent communication from captian over pa system.
Through out the entire flight the cabin crew work extremley hard to make the flight most enjoyable.
Bathrooms are kept imaculate on a regular basis,not a pleasent job Im sure. Really comfy seating
pillows and blankets are a great plus feature. Great selection and tasty meals.
At the end of one flight I was on from LHR to KUL I presented the
Stewardess with a box of chocolates just to show my appreciation for
her hard work. She was very greatful.
I cant get ever how kind, gracious,loyal,modest and well presented the cabin crew are.
You now see why MAS always gets my bussines. It is certianly never a chore flying with them.
Doesnt matter how long or short the flight is Cabin crew are always
smilling,nothing is ever any trouble or a chore. In fact I wish the
flights were longer just so I can experince the wonderful first class
service for longer. This last trip was also the first ever time I
flown MAS KUL-SNG-PNG to KUL.
Excellent service on all those legs. I am already planning my next flight this time Bussines class
Auckland to Japan return aboard MAS
On this last trip from KUL TO AKL upon leaving KUL I was seated
and a passenger came by and asked if I could swap seats so she could
sit with her boyfriend. I shifted to aisle seat in middle section. Just
as I was thinking great a row to myself a family came to sit
down. Right away the stwewrdess came by and said I was free to move as
there were spare seats. I jumped at the chance and went to look for
somewhere else. The seats I had my eye on were taken before I had a
chance so I sat down. Again The same Stewardess came by and said there
were more seats near the back as the flight was not full. Again I went
to look and found a row to myself. Really awesome to think she was
making sure I was comfortable. Attention to detail and going beyond
expectations.
After this last wonderful memorable flight I emailed MAS customer
service to tell them about my wonderful experince. I got a reply 2 days
letter to thank me for my feedback. Outstanding customer service I
thought.
I already have itchy feet to fly with MAS asap.
Truly a quality certified 5 star airline in my opinion.
