If you are looking for worry free travel and value for your money I do not recommend this airline. Especially if you are travelling business class make sure you know:
1. Whether you are travelling

in a new flight. Old ones are really.....really in bad shape.
2. Make sure BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR TICKETS that the date of return journey is extendable, I heard the agents sometimes book less expensive tickets but those will not be extendable. And if for some reason you cannot make your return journey on that day, then you will end up paying hundreds of dollars just for extension. And you will have to make sure that you take care of it all by yourself, that is visiting the airlines office. For an expensive business class ticket you would think/expect that they will send the tickets to your house on renewal. But this is not the case. Anyway, such things can be really annoying.
3. If you are travelling with the baby, make sure you take enough baby food. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM! While booking the ticket they clearly mention that the baby food will be made available, but that is NOT TRUE!
The only pros I can think of is the check in counters, business lounge in malaysia and the brand new plane with very good business class features which I experienced in the return journey to LA.
