"This review is a continuation of the earlier mail which I have written in this regard.
PCB, TSP, Drive Assembly are changed in a span of two years for a washing machine purchased in June 2011.
Reason for first replacement: attributed to Cockroaches. Reason for second replacement: Please find below the mail from Company's Branch manager.
"The possible cause for Mechanical system failure are follows
1.Improper Loading/Over Loading/Dry Agitation or Wrong Water level selection
2.External factors like quality of water - TDS/Hard Water/Chemical Impurities( This can be verified by checking the water in KWA Lab)
3.Detergents and nonuniform mixing with water
4.Lack of periodic maintenance
Anyway will share the component failure analysis with you" This mail was sent by him on 12th May. Afterwards, there is no reply to my mails. I only asked to give a specific reason for selling a faulty washing machine to me.
These people are just fooling us only."
