Samsung service Bangalore, I had lodged a complaint 10 days back and the rep came and said two parts need to be changed he could not give me an estimate on the cost for the same, I still asked him to go ahead and place a order for the same and replace it t the earliest. now no response from them.
The rep Named Karthik when I called him last week said he is in Chennai on training and gave his boss no to contact, that no does not work and now this guy is not answering the calls and the service centre no one cant get through
