I have a washing Machine for samsung and a LCD Monitor for Samsung. Once the warrety is over than company doesnot provideAMC on its product. There customer service is rude and I think a local products work better than a samsung product
Can U imagine that they donot have a Annual Maintenance Contract for maintaining the old products.MY washing machine has just run out of warranty and I have stared facing trouble with it. It is the worst service anyone can have. Never buy a samsung product.
Even there dealers were also not aware that thee is no AMC of its product. Pathetic after sales service. I am planning to buy a fridge but I am assured that it will not be Samsung. I think samsung product are just meant to work for a year or so and than they are just a piece of crap for us.
