I will never purchase a product of whirlpool because their service after sale is worst. I have fed up with my washing machine sensation[ model ] .I have made a complaint [ no 758 ]with the service department .They came and studied the problem and reported faulty bearing and charged Rs 390 / .
There after mechanic came and replaced the bearing and charged Rs 3000 / .After replacing the bearing the problem remains same .There after I have made no of complaints they never bothered about it. my complaint nos 11197 and 7703 dated on 15 /09 / 2009 and17/11/2009 still pending. Any consumer purchasing a product he expect good service. But whirlpool has no such stand .I am really disappointed .
