Very bad experience. I bought it on 12-May-06. And since beginning I’m facing problems. It vibrates at speed over 100 km/hr. It allows outside air even if the vent is closed. Despite repeated visits to the service centre they could not rectify even a single problem. Yes, when I wrote to Mr. Anand Mahindra, they showed some concern. One of their reps came and met with me. He assured everything will be taken care of. Its over 5 months, practically nothing done. Either they are not competent or they don’t care. I’m now willing to sell this car and buy another car - and this time I don’t want an India make. I know they can not do anything good. They just want to sell their products. Thats the reason, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota are selling more despite being expensive. Rating of product quality - 2/5, Service - 0/5 - Pathetic.
