I, Avinash Patil, own a Mahindra Logan DLS vehicle purchased from Global Gallarie, Thane and regularly serviced at Global Gallerie’s Thane work shop. From 2007 to 2011, this vehicle did not give any problem at all. In Mar. 2011, when the vehicle was given for a regular service with no problem; God knows why these Global Gallarie people changed the pulley, they said it’s a regular practice to change the parts even if they are not giving any problem.
The problem started here. It’s a faulty pulley they put in my car. I was even advised that they would replace the faulty part with another customer’s, which I rejected as I do not wish anybody else to suffer. Following is the table I visited this service center with the same problem and I lost my sleep and peace. I even brought it in the notice of Mr. Anand Mahindra, but his instructions were shown dustbin.
The people that I followed up from Service Center are, Mr. Pramod Skharkar, Mr. Sandeep Parab, Mr. Zaki Shafi-GM.

I am financially and mentally screwed up by these people. They have made my life miserable.
I do not understand how M&M appoints service centers and is this the quality of service and spare parts a world known company offers!
