In our area, we are facing load shading problems since ages. Mahadiscom is quite bad electricity operator. The staff of the subdivision doesn't have any moral as whenever I reached them for any query they are treating me just a dog, with rude conversation.
Few days ago, my exams were going on and suddenly electricity get lost while I was studying, I called them but no one attend the call.
I also facing the problem regarding error in the billing, we generally consume less than 500 rupees a month but this month I received the bill of Rs.900, instead of 500.
I called several times to the customer care and they always says that someone's bill is also included in your bill.
So please correct this.
