Magic brick is really grt if you are looking for property rentals or letting out your property, but if you want to buy or sell be carefull.

          

The

site is flodded with brokers, who use this site for marking themself or u can use cheating both buyers and sellers. how they work is they post a non existing property for a best price, when you approach them they ask you to pay a deposit, usually 1000 bucks, once you pay that either he will show any property or he will show properties whcih will not get through. ultimatly he markets through magic bricks to get this 1000 bucks, from buyers and sellers for nothing.

          

The best thing is none of these brokers will even respond if you send SMS, coz they dont want to waste even that 1 Re of phone call. so when u want to buy or sell properties through Magic brick, go through only direct sellers or buyers ie Individuals and not through any AGENTS, I have paid to five brokers and havent seen anything worth for the past 5 months. and magic bricks doesnt check nor restrict them from posting multiple posting for the same property.

          

So be careful with these people and dont pay any of the brokers mentioned in the Magic bricks in advance, let them get their percentage after closing the deal....
