I needed a dongle for my pc and my mobiles too, so I started looking for a wifi dongle and after calling justdial got many calls fom MTS saing they have the best Plan in wifi, like 10 GB in 599/-, later on I realized that its like 5 gB day% GB night and night starts at 12 am.
the worst part is I was loosing data withot much usage and given add on plans, then I requested customer care to stop the services, it never happened for two months, then I had to shop using the datacard.
customer service was pathetic, like uneducated guys they were not able to track my requests, now I swiched to a local service provider with unlimited data and much better speed than MTS. Never buy MTS.
