Initially when MTS MBlaze was launched then I have heard much about it and it also does many Advertisements through every medium possible.
Then I decided to replace my Idea Net Setter with MTS MBlaze internet service provider. I purchased it from a showroom with a name Amit Communications in 2014 and he was the authorised dealer of MTS at that time.
I enjoyed the speed and internet connection but aa time day by day, month by month their services and internet speed got weakened.
I tried contacting but getting no reply just they copy paste a revised text, that Sorry for the inconvinience caused, we are working on the issue.
In the month of April in 2015, I noticed that it's network strength suddenly decreases to 50% and after reporting complain and contacting several times to them for this problem no steps taken by them and I was still affected with that.
It's connnectivity time also took too much. Sometimes it doesn't connect and gives error message network fail. I got irritated with their services.
Finally in the mid of 2015 I found that the network strength is zero and after refreshing several times, even ejected the device and then connected it, then also no any connection. I asked my neighbour who is also using this device and he is also facing same problem. I contacted them then after several days they replied that MTS has stopped providing services in my locality and this sounds me good. Now I can change this irritating device.
Tips:
Before purchasing this device please check whether MTS network is good in your locality or not.( In Rukunpura, Patna it's not working)
Secondly, must take a look to it's connectivity speed and ask for proper customer support.
