I purchased it for us since we live in rented apartments and keep changing apartments every 2-3 months. I purchased this wifi homespot of mts since it was not viable to go for a broadband one.
the customer care is not responsive and wont listen to any of your demands and have only one answer to all queries and conplaints and that is "sorry sir ". the speed is a major issue though they claim 9.8 mbps and I bet u wont get more than 100 kbps in delhi . whenever u call them they say that the customer base has increased so the speed is increasing. so I ask why the dont tell this to customers while buying that current speeds are 100 kbps and not 9.8 had they told mr I had not bought it. u cant even sell ur dongle it has ur name and recognition
