Is there some way to give a lower rating than this? I would be happy to do so.
They mislead consumers with ads of attractive internet speeds for download and upload. The data card hardly even connects to the internet let alone delivering the promised speeds. You can rejoice and celebrate if it does.If you complain to them, the irresponsible call center guy replies saying'Its up to you what you wish to do with the dongle, we dont accept it post 15 days of purchase'. It must be just 20-22 days since I have started using their internet. It is unreasonable that they don't even give consumers a months time to decide if this works for them or not.
Moreover, I have been calling them up and complaining of poor speed at least since two to three weeks ago none of which they registered for their own convenience. Who even recruits these guys at call centers. They lack the courtesy and professionalism in dealing with customers.
The company misleads consumers, they hardly register a complaint and mostly only arrange a call back where they give you this reply that since it is a high utilization area and they will fix it 4 weeks - 5weeks. Balderdash!
I have made a wrong purchase decision and wasted my money. I am trying to get over it and have started using my old Tata Photon Plus which is simply awesome in terms of speed. Just that the current version I own does not have wifi support. Unless you are looking for ways to waste money, never go for MTS.
