I had purchased Wifi dongle of MTS under Rs.1000(20GB) scheme from authorised outlet in Uttam Nagar.
Since the day of activation of my plan, I am not getting speed which was claimed to be in range of 2 mbps(company claims - 9mbps). Majority of the time the speed is as low as 2G connection.
I called customer care at helpline-18002081955 on 15th May, 2016 and requested them to attend the issue, however no reply received by me. On 26.05.2016 also I again called up customer care and I was assured urgent call within half an hour by person who attended my call, however no call received by me till now.
Today when talk to customer care to lodge the complaint they refused to lodge complaint .
This is the pathetic service by MTS. Please donot use MTS for your internet requirement.
