Dear All MouthShut Users,
I am very disappointed with the way MTS treat its loyal users. I have using MTS data card no 8459594887 for more than a year Now. There has been a very frequent problem of DISCONNECTION in my area. Despite raising this issue earlier there has been no effort from MTS regarding this.
The problem occured very frequently since FEBRUARY 2016 and keep on existing till today. But despite this I was again forced to pay Rs 630 Or Rs 730 with fine every month. My plan includes 10GB data of data but due to the issue I am able to use only 125MB to 1.5GB per month.
And when I raised the request to cancel this request REFUND, I have not been called by either CUSTOMERCARE of APPELLATE to discuss this case.
This is the way MTS INDIA is cheating its loyal customer who opted to be with MTS. But it seems their strategy is to get COMPLETE MONEY despite your conncetion QUALITY. And WHEN you RAISE CONCERN KEEP IGNORING YOU TILL you RAISING the CONCERN.
NOW THEY WANT me to PAY Rs1340 depite my usage of 600MB due to this poor connection QUALITY.
Even FACEBOOK ADMIN/APPELLATE/CUSTOMERCARE has a SAME REPLY with no UNDERSTANDING of THE CONCERN being RAISED.
Pl. pl. avoid MTS INDIA DATA CARD at ANY COST. THEY are cheating with their POOR Quality devices/DATA QUALITY SPEED and WORST OF ALL CUSTOMER CARE/APPELATTE who doesn't want to Solve your case or concer!
