BAD EXPERINCE AS MTS IS LOOTING THEIR CUSTOMERS

When you go for shopping you pay, when you have food outside you pay, when you purchase anything you pay. but why MTS is asking me to pay when I have not used the same.


My Wi Fi is not working since 16 of July 2016, complaining for the same but till date no solution. Is this the kind of service provided by MTS and says we are here to help you. I think you people should know the meaning of HELP.


I thing you should learn from your competitor what is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. 23 days after regular complaint no one from MTS is ready to help.


My complaint is that my Wi Fi works for two minutes and then it show no internet connection for 10-15 minutes, then again there is internet connection for couple of minutes and again no connection. Got the SMS for you customer care to re set the instrument but no result. Then you customer care says go to our outlet they will solve the problem but again no result. More over when I went to your outlet to my surprise as the person setting there, there is no complaint on record.


Now you decide what kind of service is given to the customer. I get regular 3-4 SMS, call from your customer care for the payment but till date no call for customer satisfaction Ha Ha Ha.


Now this is my request to solve the problem in 24 Hrs.or I do not want to continue with MTS. I will swift to Airtel as I am already using second connection of Airtel and very happy with their services. If I face any problem which is not rectified at their end they send their engineer at my place and do the needful. So at least learn from then how to satisfy the customer.


Waiting for the quick result or else.?
