I Purchased MTS wifi dongle from SF-26, Galleria market, DLF phase 1 gurgaon on 15th may, 2016 from Ms. Vibha first she didnt issue me the copy of the bill even after contacting her numerous times she cut my call each time and whenever I called her from different number she cut my call saying she is busy cant talk right now.
Then I contacted MTS customer care never in my life I have come across such a company which provides pathetic customer service every time they said u have to contact the dealer we cant do anything about it. Where the customer is supposed to go, I have filed for a refund but still thier response isnt satisfactory. Pathetic customer service never ever purchase MTS dongle espically from this store.
