I am using MTS network from more than 3 years. From past 1 year the network is very worst. Attached some image for comparison(WiFi is MTS 0.5 and 0.07mbps and other is Jio 9 Mbps) even after sending so many mails the customer care is providing worst service. Person who can't understand English is sitting in customer care. Hi Himanshu singh, I am referring you. This guy keeps on copying and pasting same old mails. Now I have given request for disconnection. I Paid June month bill. They should have disconnected by now. But again it is continued and now pending for July month bill. I don't have any option now other than keeping the dongle on a railway track. They don't know how to retain a long time customer. Please don't go for MTS network, instead try other better network.
