I have been having connectivity issue for over a month and I have contacted the customer service 3 times even then there were no response, they just said "Reset the dongle". Nothing worked and they have billed me for two months even though I haven't used, when asked for the reason they just said its rental charge.
The internet speed is also very low and the customer service is horrible, always trying to threaten the customers instead of embracing them.
