I bought MTS Homespot instant Wi-Fi on 26/03/2016. I had speed issue which I reported on 31/03/2016. They promote speed high speed 3GPLUS is cheat with Customer actually it's too bad speed. I live in delhi using Mts signal show all 5 With 3G plus but Downloading and uploading speed shows upto 0.41Mbps.
After 23 email Conversation with Customer care they replay me on 05/04/2016( Further about bill waive off, we would like to inform you that we have registered a request to confirm bill waiver.

after that customer care don't replay my any mail always send me automatic replay again and again copy past. they avoid all my complain.
