This is the worst device anyone could use. Only one word to describe it "useless". I had a postpaid connection, firstly the speed is awful. Secondly, the service is very bad. If you have a problem and try contacting the customer care, you will either have to stay on hold for long or no one would pick your call. The day your bill arrives, you will start getting at least 4-5 calls each day from MTS asking you to pay your bill even if the due date is 15days far. They will send you at least 6-7 messages daily asking you to pay your bill and will disturb you in every possible way. WORST!
