Hi,
I am approx. 5 years old prepaid customer of MTS.
I was recharge every month without forget to it's expiring date.
I was always did carry forward recharge, so unused data was carry forward into it.
It's price 299, 399 Rs for carry forward recharge and got the 1, 1.5 or 2 GB data.
Now in june 2017, I have approx 35 GB data, it's data price approx. 5000 Rs.
But, unfortunately I forgot this current month july 2017 date for recharge, and lost all data.
I request in customer care, but not have any option to save my data, just after the next day of due recharge date.
It's should be have option to recharge if miss / forgot recharge date.if have large data.and if old customer.
