Using since one odd month, taken up the very basic plan of 199 Rs (speed 256 KBPS to 2 MBPS).
In thana the waiting period was more than month, waited patiently for nealy 45 days, followed up once
with them, you should remember the date of booking.... now its pain less booking, just call the call centre & book for the plan... you will get the confirmation call in 5-10 min that’s it... no filling of paper... no visiting to the MTNL office.. any more..
than wait one fine day he will call you up... will enquire abt the ADSL modem availability...will promice to come over & do the needfull...if its already 8.00 PM & you start thinking that he is NOT going to come... you are wrong... he will come... will do the conection & set up in less than 30 Min... & will move on... will not fernish any info do & dont’s ...
the speed is realy good its dam good... I was realy impressed by it....mine was 400 MB free downlaod plan for 199 Rs....
I am using daily & NOT faced the problem till now...
PRe-requsite : MTNL land line connection...
