Hell yeah...atleast I got the best internet speed available in india. MTNL Triband 2mbps, I dont download video I watch them online:). one of the best internet speed with a lil affordable rates (btw I use 2mbps unlimited plan;) ) As long as the service is available, its the best internet service provider in india.
I am using it from past 2yrs, Service and support is better than other ISPs.
Support depends on the locality you live as it varies accordingly, I would say not the worst support but quite good one.
Speed falls around 1.8-2mbps, i have never seen below that unless prob with connection.
Support- sometimes it might take weeks to pick the actual speed, but the best thing is it never gets disconnected.
also, rates I think are OK...after all to get the best speed in country some cash must be splashed!
just be AWARE of how to download n when to download, otherwise all your downloads will give you a nightmaer when bills comes. most of my friends went crazy when the speed was enhanced from 256kbps to 2mbps..n they streamed videos online..which also deducts your MBs(for data plan)...when the bill came  it was like 2.5k or 3K...so just be AWARE of when to download....like for NU(night unlimited users) they must switch off their modem after 12 midnight n then start again, then only their night unlimited will start, If you dont do that and keep downloading continuosly till morning, your bill will be quite huge.
