I am using this service for last 5 yrs but recently I have been noticing that connection gets disconnected when you are trying to download big files, then again it gets connected. Happens very frequently and inspite of many complaints they have not bothered to rectify it.

Scheme I am using is INR 849/- monthly which allows me to use Night Free from 12 am to 8 am but no use as this cut off while downloading makes you suck for all the trouble you take to download.Specially when most 90% gets downloaded then suddenly they disconnect you for a minute, means your download is zero % again download it.

Speed also varies at times, that you would feel your local Internet Provider and MTNL makes no differences in their services.

At present there are so many offerings from MTNL to boost their product but when it comes to AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE, they stand at no where in ratings.

Its better to use your local internet providers like Sify Tata and others but plz not RELIANCE.
