MTNL is such a horrible company. I dont have words to describe especially their broadband which is out of this world because mostly it doesn't work. Every week or two I faced some problem in it. Sometimes the modem was not working, sometimes everything was working except internet.
Their machanics are so untrained that they asks you if you think he is correct ( atleast thats what I experienced) and they are so old, you feel pity for them.
The speed is horrible, the service is horrible, not reliable at all. You never know what problem you are going to encounter in near future. & believe me it is a pain in the neck to complain on their call centre. You dial one number, they will refer you to another and they will tell you to call another number.
If you want to access internet then please dont subscribe for MTNL but if you like to struck your head aginst the wall then go ahead.
