In 2010, I was using MTNL broadband in my home. I just hate mtnl and never recommend anyone to have it. I switched to mtnl just because of its cheap data pack plans. Getting a mtnl broadband connection is not an easy task guys. as you guys know that mtnl is government occupied firm that's why their employees are actually government employee and we all know how government employees treat someone in their office. It took 3 weeks for me to get mtnl broadband connection.
But are getting their connection, I was highly disappointed as I was not getting decent speed. Connection Lost or NO NETWORK is very common in MTNL and never expect any help from their customer support as they even have government job. Their customer support executive doesn't know how to talk to a customer and they have full authority to cut your call in between of conversation.
While making online payment, mtnl is quite dangerous as we don't know when this network would betray us. Guys, go for some other network instead of mtnl.
