Hi friends my name is anil . And I am mtnl broadband user I am using this service from past 7 year plan are very good even baught compare to other. And services quality is also good thay believe in solving problems in very deep so next time you will not face the same problem. This 2nd October which was public holiday and my internate was not working I called in customer care for this problem I said sir my internate is not working 1st she try to solve my problem direcly though the office but when mtn executive founded it is not problem from that side she said your router is not working so repair it or else replace it I siad how she sent machine to my home on same day and my problem got resolved very happy with service
