I feel this review is:
MTNL a very old landline telecomunication company. But as the time pass it lost the trust and goodwill. We have been using its landline services since 1984. So I made the mistake applied for broadband connection. The problem we faced is speed and connectivity both. Their services are also not upto the mark. Their plans were very attractive when I applied. I will not suggest any one to go for MTNL broad band connection. They should focus on technology, quality and After sale service.
