I stays in dwarka delhi, I applied online on there website for the connection of MTNL broadband. They call me for the confirmation, after 4-5 days of the applied date. There is service is too worse. Every week the internet is get disconnected for days, the reason they told me is, due to construction works done on road the wire is been disconnected, sometime they told me weather issues, or there server is low at this time. Whenever I complaint about the disconnection, its take average more than 2-3 days to resolve the problem where as in private broadbands they solve minor issues in just between 10-15 minutes. No one is using MTNL these days only because of there delay in services.
