I feel this review is:
I was using MTNL broadband with price pack of 1399 with 36gb unlimited download and surfing with 2.1 mbps speed. I was very happy the way MTNL was provoding the service for which other broadband provider was charging more for the same unit. The speed for surfing remains the same all the time till 36gb and after that 512kbps. I can download one movie in 30-40 mins. The only minus point of MTNL is that, they take min 2 weeks for repairing the issue.
